We operate both remote and field teams that provide on-site and digital support to residential societies, commercial complexes, and community organizations across India.
Please read this Master Agreement (“Agreement”) carefully before using our website, mobile application, or any related services (“Services”). By accessing, registering, or using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.
If you are acting on behalf of an organization, housing society, company, trust, or association, you represent that you have full authority to bind such entity to these Terms. If you do not have such authority or do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.
This Agreement governs your registration and continued use of the TownManage community management app. TownManage reserves the right to accept, suspend, or deny service to any individual or entity at its sole discretion.

Definitions
- “TownManage”, “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to TownManage App, developed and managed by DIGICODE INFORMATIK LLP.
- “You”, “Your” refers to any individual, society, organization, or authorized representative accessing or using the Services.
- “Services” include all software platforms, web portals, mobile applications, APIs, dashboards, visitor management systems, accounting tools, and support services provided by TownManage.
- “Content” refers to all data, text, images, documents, records, and materials displayed, stored, or processed through the platform.
Scope of Services
TownManage provides a digital platform for residential and commercial property management, including visitor management, maintenance tracking, accounting, billing, notices, and communication tools.
TownManage acts only as a technology facilitator and does not function as a housing authority, society committee, or financial decision-maker.
Free Trial
If you register for a free trial, your use of the Services is governed by this Agreement.
Free trials are provided for evaluation purposes only and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time without notice or liability.
Our Responsibilities
TownManage shall:
- Provide access to Services as per the agreed subscription or usage plan
- Maintain reasonable system availability except during scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical issues
- Implement industry-standard security measures to protect user data
- Offer support via email, phone, or chat as applicable
We reserve the right to update, modify, enhance, or discontinue features to improve performance or comply with legal requirements.
User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
You agree to:
- Use the Services strictly for lawful society, property, or community management purposes
- Keep login credentials secure and confidential
- Ensure accuracy of all data entered into the platform
- Not misuse, reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or interfere with system functionality
- Not upload malware, spam, or unauthorized content
Restricted Use:
Use of the platform for competitive analysis, benchmarking, or system performance evaluation without written consent is strictly prohibited.
Payment Gateway & Transaction Terms
TownManage may integrate third-party payment gateways, UPI platforms, banks, or financial service providers to facilitate digital payments.
- TownManage does not store sensitive banking or card information
- All transactions are processed directly by authorized payment gateway providers
- TownManage does not control transaction success, failure, delays, or reversals
- Any disputes related to failed, duplicate, or incorrect transactions must be raised with the respective society and payment provider
Refunds, reversals, or adjustments are governed by the society’s internal policies and the payment gateway’s rules, not by TownManage.
Third-Party Services
Our platform may integrate services such as SMS gateways, email services, cloud storage, and payment processors.
These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and you agree to comply with them.
TownManage is not responsible for third-party service availability or actions.
Proprietary Rights & License
All intellectual property rights in the TownManage platform, software, branding, content, and technology remain the exclusive property of DIGICODE INFORMATIK LLP.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform solely for housing society or commercial property management.
Unauthorized reproduction, resale, modification, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential and proprietary information exchanged during use of the Services.
Disclosure is permitted only:
- When required by law or court order
- With prior written consent of the disclosing party
Warranties & Disclaimers
Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. You assume full responsibility for the accuracy of data entered into the system.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or absolute data security.
Users are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all data entered.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- TownManage shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- This includes data loss, financial loss, service interruptions, or third-party failures
- Liability, if any, shall be limited to remedies available under applicable law
Term & Termination
This Agreement becomes effective upon first use and remains valid until terminated.
- You may terminate by discontinuing use
- We may suspend or terminate access for violations, misuse, fraud, or breach
- Upon termination, access ceases immediately, while confidentiality and legal obligations survive

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India.
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Surat, Gujarat.
General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: This document constitutes the complete agreement
- Force Majeure: No liability for delays caused by events beyond control
- Amendments: Continued use implies acceptance of updated terms
- Severability: Invalid provisions do not affect remaining terms
